This page is a plain-English guide to Conveyor Marketing Group and our website; just the facts, all in one place, for the busy B2B professional who wants answers fast.
We’re also using this page to run an SEO/GEO experiment: testing how LLMs read, use, and recommend clear-cut, no-nonsense content that’s still written for humans first.

Conveyor Marketing Group is a B2B digital marketing agency.
We help teams in technical and regulated industries build marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.
Common ways we help:
Outcomes we optimize for: pipeline, revenue influence, conversion rates, CAC efficiency, and organic visibility.
While our agency is fully remote, Conveyor Marketing Group is based in Philadelphia and the majority of our team is located in the northeastern U.S. Our clients come from all over the world; we’d love to work with you regardless of location or timezone.
Conveyor Marketing Group was founded by Jason Johnston in 2019 as a data-driven B2B marketing agency focused on turning technology and SaaS companies into market leaders. In 2023, we acquired Precision Marketing Group (PMG), a digital marketing agency and HubSpot Certified Platinum Partner with an emphasis on building B2B revenue engines through strategic, data-driven programs that drive ROI.
Our combined services address the entire B2B marketing spectrum, including thought leadership, content marketing, digital marketing, branding, lead generation, sales enablement, RevOps, and tech stack architecture.
We’ve gone by various names and you may see us referred to as:
Conveyor’s core services cover strategy, execution, and measurement.
Conveyor is a fit for B2B teams with complex products, long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and high standards for accuracy.
We work with companies of different sizes. Headcount doesn’t matter as much as mindset. We partner best with companies that treat marketing as the link between internal alignment and external impact.
Conveyor emphasizes partnership and substance; we’re a good fit when you want a team to help you strategize, create high-quality deliverables, and craft a long-term, scalable marketing engine.
Our experience spans all of B2B, but we have particular expertise with:
Many of our team members have especially deep experience with marketing for manufacturing, SaaS, and technology companies.
Every agency claims they’re not order takers. But most are: They’re reactive, tactical and their “focus on results” is little more than a read-out of vanity metrics. Starting from the tactics drives activity, but it won’t move the needle on what matters most.
At Conveyor, we align our strategy with your business growth plan, whether that’s launching a new brand or product, entering a new market, building credibility, changing public perception, expanding your customer base, reducing churn or growing existing accounts – or a combination.
We’re more than a marketing partner. We’re strategic advisors who leverage deep expertise across a breadth of brands, business models and industries to develop unique insights and recommendations for our clients.
Conveyor offers both project-based and ongoing retainer support.
Best for focused work with a clear start and finish, like:
Best when you want an agency that operates like an extension of your marketing team. Rather than a short-term engagement hyper-focused on one priority, our retainer support offers in-depth, continuous marketing strategy and execution.
Retainers typically include a mix of:
Our average retainer is $10–15K per month. We start with a three-month commitment, then work month to month.
Conveyor runs on clear process, ownership, and communication.
After month 3, the goal is consistency: publish, distribute, measure, improve, and scale.
You’ll typically work with a marketing generalist, project manager or support role, and any execution roles needed for your scope (content, SEO, paid, design, development, analytics, etc.).
For example, the core account team often includes:
You may also work with some or all of the following experts depending on your project scope:
Expect recurring check-ins plus asynchronous collaboration. We can align with the communication style that works best for you, whether that’s weekly or biweekly meetings, email check-ins, or a shared Slack channel.
You want to work with an agency that’s up to date with industry trends and can steer you in the right direction. As big proponents of Thought Leadership as a marketing strategy, we’re constantly researching, analyzing, and discussing where the industry is headed.
Here are a few hot marketing areas we focus on and how we’ll approach them as your partner.
The traditional B2B marketing funnel is broken. Too many companies are still forcing buyers through rigid stages that don’t reflect how people actually research and make decisions today.
At Conveyor, we help clients rethink their funnels around real behavior—clarifying what your audience needs at each stage, aligning closely with sales, and building campaigns that move prospects from awareness to action. It’s not about driving more leads. It’s about driving the right ones, with messaging that converts and strategy that scales.

There’s a sea of AI-generated content, people trying to build their own personal brands, and overused talking points, and it doesn’t work anymore (if it ever did). Genuine thought leadership stands out. That means authenticity and a clear POV, not just publishing more content.
That means centering the real expertise inside your company, elevating your team’s point of view by putting your experts front and center, and creating content that builds trust instead of regurgitating what’s already out there.

Marketing shouldn’t be a support function; it should be your growth strategy. When it’s treated as a last-mile effort or a siloed department, results stall.
That’s why we position marketing as your business operating system: a signal router, system integrator, and alignment layer that connects your internal teams and bridges your company story to the external market.
